the hotel reception was so helpful. he showed us the nearby restaurant. I also left my eyeglasses when I checked out and I just contacted the hotel, very responsive and so helpful. The service is way beyond my expectation.

Female manager was very helpful & pleasant ( although male receptionist on 17/5 evening was the opposite ). Lacking of evening dining is only real drawback.
